Loctite PL 300 Foamboard Construction Adhesive is a latex water-based adhesive formulation for bonding most foam insulation panels to a variety of porous construction materials including but not limited to: wood gypsum board and concrete. It is compatible with all “unfaced” foamboard insulation products and won’t burn through foam if used as directed.
