Gallery wrap is a method of stretching an artist's canvas so that the canvas wraps around the sides and is secured a hidden, wooden frame. The result is wide acceptance of Giclee by galleries, museums, and private collectors. This method of stretching and preparing a canvas allows for a frameless presentation of the finished painting. She earned a BA in Art with a focus on sculpture and painting from Goshen College in Indiana. It was not until her 1999 visit to Charleston, the English home of Bloomsbury painters Vanessa Bell and Duncan Grant, that she was motivated to paint. The attainable excellence that Giclee printmaking affords makes the reproduction virtually indistinguishable from the original piece. Prominent Colors: Orange, Brown, Wine, Tan Susan Eby Glass always thought that she would be a writer when she grew up.
