This black rubber sheeting is made from Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) for outstanding protective capabilities, including resistances to shock, impact, and abrasion. The SBR industrial rubber also features a non-slip surface and a working temperature range from -10° to 190°F, making it ideal for physically demanding applications in extreme conditions. Unlike most other materials, rubber naturally possesses a high coefficient of friction. Though this general rubber comes in large sheets, it can also be cut down for use as seals, gaskets, or rubber lining. SBR is waterproof and cannot develop rot, mildew, or mold. Elastomer products with a 60A durometer provide a sturdy surface that resists indentation, but still demonstrate a moderate range of flexibility.
